Unfurnished upstairs Room (Weston Ranch) with shared bathroom. * Must have reliable source of income and employed or Student who will rent on time. Looking for a clean person. No guests allowed inside the home without prior authorization. Street parking, no pets, No smoking in the house, smoke outside.

Access to microwave a cabinet and refrigerator. We keep a clean house.

Must be dog friendly. I have dogs that are mostly kept outdoors. They do come in everyday for a few hours (supervised).
