Two separate room on rent and ready to move in

2 bedrooms are for rent. All the rooms are upstairs. One of the rooms is for rent, might be sharing a bedroom with another tenant. The room is for one person, but if you are looking for two people to stay, that can be a compromise; the price will be different.
Looking for someone who is disciplined, clean, organized and too loud.
No lease need to be signed but will have to provide legal documents, such driver license, pay stub from the employer
Living room is a private area
Queen size bed will provide, pillow, bedsheet, blankets and comforter.
Parking, Water, pg&e and internet is include in the price
Laundry is allowed but once a week
Feel free to use kitchen, and expected to clean afterwards
Try not bring or cook pork in the house
No pets
No smoking or Vaping, will be allowed, have to do everything outside
Try not to have overnight guests
