Share a Home with a Veteran & Service Dog

Hi, my name is Robbyn. I’m a U. S. Army Veteran and homeowner in Stockton. I purchased my home earlier this year, and due to a recent job loss, I’m looking for a roommate to help offset household expenses while I transition to my next role.

The available room is private and furnished, including a bed, dresser, end table, lamp, window A/C unit, and optional TV if you’d like one. The door can be secured for privacy. You’ll have access to shared common areas, including the living room, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom.

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with convenient access to shopping, dining, and major roads. Parking is available, and there is a washer/dryer combo unit in the garage for shared use.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and ample dishes, cookware, and utensils.

I do have a large service dog. He may bark at times if he senses something unusual, which can be intimidating at first due to his size, but once familiar, he is very friendly and well-trained. Being comfortable around dogs is important.

We would be sharing the bathroom and common spaces, so I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and communicative.

Rent: $800 a month
Utilities: split evenly each month, these include Water, Garbage, Electric, Internet.
