One private furnished bedroom available and one unfurnished room on the 2nd floor in a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home. The furniture can be removed if you prefer to bring your own.

• All utilities and household bills included
• Shared bathroom (adjacent bathroom for the room downstairs)
• Two living rooms
• Open-concept kitchen
• Washer and dryer
• Spacious backyard
• 1 4 year old in the home and 2 fiver year olds visit frequently
• Three friendly mini dogs (all under 30lbs)

The home is shared with me and my Daughter, her boyfriend and a 4 year old (with one baby on the way). We have a laid-back, respectful, and drama-free home and are looking for someone who would be a good fit with our lifestyle.

No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed in the garage or outside.

Backyard furniture and bbq pits are in the backyard.

Ideally, we’re looking for a single occupant. Couples or children may be considered for an additional monthly fee.

Please note: we love pets but would prefer not to bring more into the home at this time.

• Proof of income (W-2s or check stubs)
• Employment verification and references
• Background check (rental history is a must)
• Signed rental agreement (month-to-month with a long-term commitment preferred)

The bathroom, kitchen, and laundry areas are shared. We’re looking for a clean, responsible, and considerate roommate who values a peaceful home environment and is interested in a long-term living arrangement.
