We have a spacious apartment in the heart of North Beach!

We’re looking for a female roommate ONLY (mid 30s to early 40s) to fill the room ASAP (as early as March 23). Must have a steady job and pay rent in a timely manner. It’s important for this place to feel like home so we want our new roommate to be clean, respectful, considerate, easy to get along with, and communicative. We usually keep to ourselves, so we’re looking for someone that does the same.

ROOM:
-Rent is $1475+utilities/internet (move-in: 1 months rent and $1250 security deposit are required)
-Has large walk-in closet
-Room faces a quiet, green courtyard
-Apartment viewing: Fridays 6-8pm, Saturdays 12-3pm, or Sunday 9-11am (if none of them work for you, message us for alternative dates)

-Required 45 day notice if you choose to move
