Washer & Dryer on site - included on (lower level).
Decorated with live plants, unique pieces of art, and has amazing light with lots of skylights.
I have two chefs that works with me that cooks for everyone. So expect some amazing food here and there.

Roommates

I am a small business owner, either working from home or on the field. I love to cook and chill.

D is a microbiologist , chill, fun, and super easy to get along with.

A is an international AI scientist , clean, chill and also easy to get along with.

My ideal roommate has a full time job/business outside of the house, clean, respectful, fun, responsible, easy to get along with, has their own life, and has a healthy, clean, neat, have no problem paying rent on time and has an active lifestyle. This is for one person. I am not into having frequent or regular overnight guests.

We take turns cleaning the house but can have a cleaning person come if need be and be split between roommates.
