Kitchen and Laundry in Unit!
I currently live with two girls who are very kind and clean! One is a hybrid worker and one works on site, both Monday-Friday. One owns a cat, but he is very shy and harmless so you will barely see him.
They live on the left side of the apartment, so the right side of the apartment is quite exclusive to you as you get your own bathroom.
Kitchen will be shared and you will get own cabinet for storage. There is Washer Dryer in unit but there is laundry in the basement too if needed.
The area is great and really safe. People in the area and building are very friendly. 3 blocks from Trader Joes/CVS! Next to MANY bus stops! Right in the middle of everything in the city.
Parking is sparse but not impossible to find, there are several Parking Garages in the area too.
I loved living here and I'm sad to go. I hope someone else can get a chance enjoy it too!
