We have an amazing and spacious four-bedroom, top-floor flat located just 1 block south of Haight Street and 1 block East of Stanyan Street (The Entrance to Golden Gate Park....great bicycling, volleyball, museums, etc. We are central to all public transportation and there is an abundance of adorable cafes and great restaurants in the neighborhood. The bedroom is a large (11x13.5'), partially furnished, southern-facing room with spectacular light, beautiful hardwood floors, and ample closet space. The light in the entire flat is amazing! There are windows a-plenty, including a bay window with seating in the living room. The dining room is surrounded by windows and sliding glass doors.

The Deck is a lovely spot to lounge, eat breakfast, or read a book. The backyard is on the ground floor and is a lovely place to relax or host friends.

We also have a fully equipped kitchen, with a vintage Wedgewood stove, a working griddle, a walk-in pantry (possibly my favorite room in the house) a cozy dining room that is great for entertaining, a quaint bathroom that has a claw foot tub and a pull chain toilet.

The laundry room is on the ground floor and is coin-operated. There's also plenty of space to store a bike
if you are into that sort of thing!

The inhabitants are a charming family of two (Me - a mom, Communications Coach, Ops &HR Manager, garden and food enthusiast, and my 16-year-old son who loves playing music, drawing, skateboarding, getting good grades, spending time with friends, attending games, and playing basketball). He is here part-time (3 days a week) and our other housemate is researcher studying for her PhD at UCSF.

The room is available now, however, the move in date can be anytime between now and April 1st.

The following is included in the rent: PG&E, water, garbage, high-speed wireless internet, apple TV (Hulu/Netflix/Amazon Prime), cleaning supplies, toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, etc. . ...you get the gist.). The flat is cleaned once a month for an additional $50/mo per person.

The location is PERFECT for USCF or USF students or employees, those new to the city, young professionals, and those who love to be close to nature (we're just one block from GG Park) and all the culture our fine city has to offer!
