12' x 14.5' front room on 2nd floor in 3 bedroom house

Adjacent bathroom provides a private sink and toilet. The shower is shared with one of the two house mates.

Monthly expenses are $1290 for the room plus $160 utilities (Sonic internet, water, PG/E, Recology), totaling $1450.

$1000 deposit.

Smoking on premises prohibited by landlord.

Hardwood floor must be partially covered with rug/carpet.

Some furniture may be available, including what is seen in attached photos, and additional furniture located through the house.

Current housemates are two pub-friendly males born in the 70s and spending the 21st century in San Francisco - one a construction tradesman; the other a social worker at a family shelter.

We share two large living rooms, a kitchen, a deck, and an extra room suitable for an office.

The house is a 10-15 min walk from Baker Beach and Lands End. There are lots of great local places a few blocks away to grab food and groceries, including small markets and a Grocery Outlet.

There is convenient access to the 1, 29, and 38 bus lines. Street parking is relatively convenient for SF standards.
