Single Room in 3 bed apartment in San Francisco

Hi there, gorgeous! We are Courtney and John. We live within a huge 3BR Apt on the corner of Clement and 35th, but need one more for our magic to be complete. The room is large with a view of the entire city. Our apt has views of Lands End, GG bridge, and all across this beautiful city to the bay bridge. We have an enormous kitchen (with 6 eye stove), splendid dining room, and magnificent den looking out onto the street with a working fireplace. The entire apt is new and exceptionally well crafted, sparkling baths, large windows, warm backyard, and new washer/dryer. We swear on Odin' s beard this apartment is even more impressive than mere pictures can show. Utilities are split 4 ways, unfortunately no pets are allowed (despite our love of furry friends), we are all very clean and responsible. We ask that you sign a year lease with us, and endure a persnickety probing. We work often, are very respectful of others and their belongings, and believe in open communication throughout the house.

We are located right across the street from the beautiful Land' s End trail and a short walk to either Ocean Beach or Golden Gate park. (Sometimes at night it' s so quiet, with your windows open, you can hear coyotes softly cooing.)

Courtney, a 28 year old operations manager and neurology student, who loves video games and exploring hidden neighborhood foggy paths. She' s a silly tattooed and kinky ' twilight princess' with the best internet memes. She introverts like Alan Watts with the gravitas of Jenna Marbles (and the sass of Ruby Ibarra). Spreadsheets excite her nearly as much as bowls of sugar sweets and warm gooey strawberry shortcake.

John, a 43 year old project manager and professional photographer, filmmaker, and writer of healthy masculinity and fantasy fiction with a penchant for bartending (or mixologist for the pretentiously flavored), former carpenter, fitness nut, and science nerd. Warmhearted, tidy, assertive, and very patient. John is Conan the Barbarian with Voltaire' s wit. He is Jazz music with banana pancakes, swimming nude on New Years, mud covered hiking boots, and a taste for hometown Cajun soul.

We are a fun memorable pair looking for someone who knows how to handle their shit, clean their messes, and understands mature household communication to share this beautiful space in an amazing city!
