Bernal Hill is a couple of staircases away, Precita Park is a 15-minute walk, and Cortland Street is a 10-15 minute walk from the house. Bars, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance.

Transportation:

Street parking is fairly easy with quick and easy access to 101 and 280. Depending on your commute, you may not need a parking permit. SFO airport is a 15-minute drive. No street cleaning.

Public Transit:
14 and 49 bus lines on Mission St is a 5-7 minute walk.
J Church Muni is10-15 min walk.
Glen Park BART and 24th street BART are each about a 20-minute walk.
It is approximately 2 miles to the 22nd St and Townsend Caltrain station.
