Bathroom is shared. This is a family home complete with a cat and a dog. There’s street parking (no permit needed), laundry use, and shared use of the kitchen and bathroom. Possibly small storage spot in the garage if necessary.

Kids are school age and are gone from 9am-6pm. They go to bed at 9pm weekdays, 10pm weekends, so we are looking for a pretty calm housemate who is considerate of the house quiet hours. Babysitting and dog walking possibilities are available if there’s a desire to help out.
