The room is very spacious, approximately 23’ x 10’, with a large closet and a sliding glass door that opens directly to the backyard with access to the swimming pool.

Because of its size and layout, the room is large enough to create two separate areas, such as a bedroom area plus a sitting room, home office, study area, or personal lounge space. It offers much more flexibility and privacy than a typical bedroom.

I’m easygoing, respectful, and enjoy a peaceful, friendly home environment. I like the beach, motorcycles, working on cars and projects around the house, bonsai and plants, good conversation, and spending time with family. I’m active and work quite a bit, so when I’m home I appreciate a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

I’m looking for one responsible, clean, respectful person who is easy to get along with and will treat the home as their own.
