Fully Furnished Room in old Farm House

This is a fully furnished room available in a 100-year-old Farmhouse on a flag lot, very private, designated parking space, in an all female home. Rural type setting in the city very close to shops restaurant grocery stores. The home is shared with a mother and adult daughter. A very casual environment but we respect privacy and cleanliness. We have indoor and outdoor pets including dogs cats birds a turtle pond chickens and an old retired horse. The bathroom is shared 4 days a week as the daughter goes away every weekend from Friday through Monday. The room has its own individually controlled AC and heater part of a mini split system. There is a refrigerator microwave and limited dishes and utensils. There is no TV but Wi-Fi is included for your smart TV. There is a large desk in addition to two sets of chest of drawers a full size bed all is included including linens and towels in the bathroom. This room has been used in the past for Airbnb and furnished finder traveling Healthcare tenants.
