Room located next to bathroom, which is also newly remodeled with large shower and is to be shared with one adult 33 year old male (son). Parking on street. Included are Internet and utilities and use of new in-home laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer. Access to kitchen.

About the roomies:

We are mother and son 33, we have an indoor cat, so you must be cat friendly and without allergies to cats. Mom works very part-time and son works full-time. Applicant must have a reliable full-time job OUTSIDE of the home, must be honest, responsible, reliable, respectful, quiet and clean. No smoking, drugs or drinking excessive alcohol allowed. No pets. No weapons.
Parking available on street. Criminal background check will be issued., and references are required.
