Included are Internet and utilities and use of new in-home laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer. Access to kitchen.

About the roomies:

We are mother and son 33, we have an indoor cat, so you must be cat friendly and without allergies to cats. Mom works very part-time and son works full-time. Applicant must have a reliable full-time job OUTSIDE of the home, must be honest, responsible, reliable, respectful, quiet and clean. No smoking, drugs or drinking alcohol allowed. No pets. No weapons.
Parking available on street only. Criminal background check will be issued., and references are required.
