This townhouse is brand new and super sweet! All new modern appliances, countertops, etc. There are zero rental bodges or cheap fixes; it's a properly nice pad. My townhome is a 3 story and I'm renting the 3rd story all to yourself! It's pretty unique. The 3rd story is a good sized loft (10x15) with tons of light and a nice breeze. It has it's own full private bathroom up there and includes a private indoor garage space (big deal!). The room has walls but is not fully enclosed, but is high enough (20ft ceilings) that no one from below can see up there at all. Included is a closet on a lower floor as well as other storage space. The room will be unfurnished but if you need a few things lets talk. Modern garage door opener you can open using your phone. In unit laundry. With owned solar panels, utilities are zero besides internet. Giagbit internet speeds as well. I've been renting in this community for 6 months now and everyone is super friendly and nice! The community is well kept and includes access to BBQs, pool, spa, and a clubhouse. Guest parking is plentiful. Close by to the 78 without being too close. Perfectly centered between San Marcos and Vista. Shopping and groceries a mile away. My unit is away from the road so it'll be quiet. Motorcycle friendly.
