That’s about 2 acres and it has a great view overlooking the Shoreline. The house is located m on a private road so it is very quiet and peaceful here , especially at night .

I have YouTube TV, Prime , Paramount , & Netflix & Apple TV which of course you can have access to. The Garage which is primarily used for Storage has a shepherd area for a washer and dryer. You can literally parked six or eight cars in the driveway. Even though you’re on top of the hell was beautiful view of Carlsbad to the laughter. South and Oceanside to the right. You can hop on the 78 and five minutes and be at the beach and less than 15.. The location is right. I’m very low-key. I’m in admissions counselor for college. I leave at about eight in the morning 815 and I won’t return home till 6 o’clock between six and seven P. M. probably. I like to watch sports movies on prime Netflix occasion on some shows when I’m not working. And five minutes from downtown Vista is a bit of Nightlife sushi. Restaurants. I’m walking as you get down there. I’m and a half from here.
