Room Details: The furnished room comes with a queen bed (optional) and Smart Wall TV. The home is 1780 sq ft with 3 bdrms & 2.5 bathrooms. The bedroom is 11’ x 10’.

You and one roommate share a bathroom with a separate shower/bath/toilet setup for privacy.

Good amount of closet space and room for desk, shelves or dresser.

We share gas, electric & solar bill between 3 people (usu $45-70/person). Included with rent is water, WiFi, Sewer and trash. House has soft water also.

You'll be sharing the home with two respectful, easygoing women (37 & 61) who both work full-time, lead active and healthy lifestyles, and value a neat, peaceful, friendly living environment. No drugs, pets, or parties. We’re looking for someone who shares similar values.
