The bedroom measures 14'x10' and features its own entrance. This snug 2-bedroom, 2-bath ranch style home is situated on a quarter-acre lot and includes a private bathroom. The room is furnished with a queen-sized bed (new mattress, pillows, bedding). 46" Roku smart tv, new leather masssage recliner. Can easily fit a desk in the room if needed.
It boasts a shared living room. The kitchen has granite counter and alkaline water system for drinking and cooking h2o. Tenant also has a clean full sized fridge and pantry/cabine in kitchen.
Additionally, the home comes with a large washer and dryer in the yard. Off street parking in circle driveway.
A mile from Tricity Hospital, multiple grocery stores, Costco, shopping, and entertainment. Only 2 miles from downtown Vista, Vista transit station, and 7 miles from the beach.


When I'm home I can be found tending/fixing up the yard for my 2 dogs and the local critters. The yard is dotted with cozy nooks, each offering a perfect spot to sit and unwind and simply breathe. The two water features, with their soothing sounds of cascading water, contribute to the tranquil ambiance. Vista’s wonderful weather makes it easy to enjoy these peaceful moments year-round. 🌿🌞
I can also be found in the garage getting creative/diy'n. In the house sewing, cleaning, or cooking. All the while listening, singing and/or dancing to music.
It is imperative to find an adult who is responsible, respects nature, values others' space, CLEAN, radiates positive vibes, and is free of drama—no whining, excuse-making, narcissism, or passive-aggressive behavior...

Also, a plus if, but not a requirement, if you do construction/welding/plumbing and KNOW how to fix/build item around the property if needed. Work for partial rent could be a possibility.

If it will tarnish someone's reputation, keep it to yourself.

There is also a 5th wheel RV, on the property. A young man, Anwar, and his well-behaved dog, Scrappy, share the property. He has all of his own amenities but will be in the house to use my bathroom. The washer and dryer are also shared by everyone. The grey water from the washer is used to water the yard.
