Looking for new roomate by April 15th

Total rent for the apartment is $2,590. Looking for a new roomate to share an apartment/split rent with.

I am a private, quiet person, not meaning I will be absolutely silent, but I am not a super talkative extrovert or anything. I enjoy direct, kind communication. If there's an issue you have, I will gladly listen and accommodate as best as possible. I play music on bluetooth sometimes, but with the door closed its nothing that will be too distracting. My curfew is at 11 pm on average and I will ask for silence past that time. I am good with animals, with no pets myself though. I am both working and may start studying soon. Unless on weekends, I will not be in the house all day.

Apartment 5-7 minutes away from a bus stop and shopping areas down either road. 2 minute walk away from a Mexican restaurant and mini grocery stores and more. Past two roomates were able to share kitchen and living room space successfully without overcrowding. If new roomates are chosen, past ones will leave couch and coffee table.

Patient with messes as long as they get cleaned up within a couple of days. Okay with cleaning everyone's dishes, as long as we do each other's. Willing to use take-out-trash-when-full system etc. I am not a talkative person, depends on who you are.

I am willing to share cleaning supplies. You should get a dehumidifier
