One room will be available May 1st. Rent is $900 (+and utilities) a month.
Private good sized bedroom for 1 person, shared bathroom, kitchen privileges, living room with TV (and all channels,) big backyard. Quiet and safe neighborhood.
Close to the beach. Close to Mira Costa College. Cal State San Marcos and Palomar College are not too far away. 78 is easily accessible. Close to Camp Pendleton.
There are not a lot of rules. However, cleaning up after yourself and common sense is a must. Not a party house. No drugs, no smoking/vaping nor heavy drinking.
Very safe and quiet neighborhood.
