Also available for short term rental. A spacious home near the 78 highway and downtown Vista area. Currently not looking for coupled roommates, but respectable individuals. However, overnight guests are ok. Also not looking for pet owners currently. We have 2 French Bulldogs in the home right now. Utilities and all are included with the rent. Parking is a first come first served basis in the driveway but there’s plenty in our cul-de-sac street.

Also, you’ll see a few cracks on the walls ceilings, so hopefully you don’t mind. Everything in the home is functional! It is a 2-story home, with all 4 bedrooms upstairs. You can literally see the 78 highway from the backyard, as well as through the windows of the rooms. Few minutes away from Downtown Vista. It is a shared bathroom, besides the one in the master room, and there’s a half bath downstairs. I’m looking for those that will respect the home and the others who live in it.


So far the house is furnished with the following:
- washer/dryer in the garage
- dishwasher
- stovetop oven
- refrigerator

***each room has a desk and queen-sized bed at a minimum ***

You are welcome to bring in your own furniture, and decorate however you want, if u would like to. I really don’t mind if you move things around or hang things up. There is also plenty of room for storage in the garage, if needed. The backyard and any of the closets in the common spaces are also available. I don’t have cable, but I have Cox Internet to stream Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, & Disney+, etc.

Again, I am currently not looking for couples, or pet owners, rather CLEAN individuals, who will help maintain the house.

Rent is $1400 for the medium-sized room (Room 1) and $1300 for the smaller bedroom (Room 2) due every month on a day we both can agree on. These rooms can be furnished, unless you want to bring your own furniture.

Again, all utilities are included in rent, and occasionally, I hire a cleaning company to come by and clean shared spaces. Just let me know if you don’t want them to clean your space.
