Room for rent in a 3 bedroom, two bath house in the Valencia Park neighborhood. Good location for easy access to 5, 805, 15 and 94 freeways. House is on a cul-de-sac, with driveway parking for tenant. Neighbors are great and the hood is usually pretty quiet. Full house access. Washer/dryer. Bedrooms are 10’ x 12’. Possible Shared bathroom with another tenant in the future, but for now it’s private. I usually prefer female roommates, especially for courtesy and cleanliness in a shared bathroom. I live in the master bedroom and have my own bathroom. Ac/heat in bedrooms, clean and updated. I’m looking for clean, considerate adults who take care of their responsibilities for an easy/peaceful living environment. I keep to myself a lot but like to be friendly with roommates and give roommates their space and privacy. Best wishes, Mark
