Private Primary Bedroom + Bath in 2B/2B Apartment

Hi! My current roommate got married and is moving out, so i’m looking for a female roommate to take over the primary bedroom in our 2 bed/2bath apartment at Westwood Apartment Homes in University City. I am waiting for updated photos of the available room from my roommate and will post them soon, but I have included the floor plan for reference.

Move-in Date: earliest is September 23rd, latest is October 1st.
Lease: 13-month lease

Spacious, unfurnished primary bedroom with private bath.

Added privacy with no shared side walls with neighboring units.

Most of the furniture will be leaving with my current roommate. The couch and the music stand are mine, and I plan to furnish the shared spaces, but am open to any furniture you may have.

About Me

I’m 27 and work full time as a paralegal in the office during the week. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, exploring local markets, thrifting, spending time at the beach, and trying new restaurants. I’m also a big movie and music fan, so you’ll often find my at indie concerts or at the movie theater.

I’d love to be friends with my roommate, but I also appreciate having space to recharge. I’m organized, respectful, and like to keep shared spaces clean without being overly particular. I’m pretty easygoing :)
