Peaceful UTC room & private bath

I am a 39 year old actor, teacher, and caregiver seeking a harmonious housemate. I work outside the home and when I am home, enjoy reading, soaking in the hot tub, and cooking.

I would love to have a roommate that I can be friends with and cook with occasionally.

The most important qualities I’m looking for are tidiness and strong skills in communication and relating. You must work outside the home and be very clean.

The kitchen is fully stocked, so it would be best if we could share my dishes and cooking equipment. There is not much room for you to add anything to the common areas so please only bring what you can keep in your room. A few small items added to the common areas would be OK. There is abundant cabinet and fridge space.

$1375/month plus splitting utilities which come out to about a 100/month per person. You will need to apply to the apartment and get on the lease. I am already on the lease. They are pretty lax with income/credit score.
