Beautiful Master bedroom in 2 bedroom condo

Hey! A little bit about the property: it is a newly renovated 2-bedroom condo with the master bedroom available for rent, including its own private bathroom. The community also has 2 pools and 2 jacuzzis on site. Laundry is conveniently located just a few steps outside the condo.

There is currently a tenant living in the other bedroom. Her name is Julia, she is a 33 year-old female, and she keeps the place very clean and relaxed. I lived with her for many years before deciding to start a family, and she is truly very easygoing, drama-free, and respectful of shared spaces. She works from home, but her office is set up entirely in her bedroom. Ideally, we are looking for someone who does not work from home and preferably a female in a similar age range. Outside of work, Julia enjoys playing softball and spending her downtime watching reality TV.

We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and considerate of shared living spaces. This is a quiet, relaxed home environment, so no partying, loud music, or excessive noise. Please keep common areas clean, tidy, and clutter-free at all times. Smoking, vaping, and pets are not allowed. We also ask that nothing be hung on the walls or nailed into them.

If anything breaks or needs maintenance, please communicate promptly so it can be addressed quickly. Guests are limited to 1 guest at a time, with overnight stays limited to no more than 2 days per month. Any guest stays beyond 2 days per month will result in a $40 per night guest fee.

We are looking for someone interested in a 2-month minimum stay to start, with the possibility of extending to a year lease if it ends up being a great fit with Julia.
