Room in Costa Verde Village La Jolla

I am moving out of a three bedroom apartment in Costa Verde Village and we are looking for someone to fill the spot. The available room has great natural light, two spacious closets and a private bathroom. The utilities (water+internet+electricity) each month are ~100$/month. You’d be sharing a kitchen and living room with two other roommates.

TL; DR: Bedroom with private bathroom $1615 (long term lease preferred) looking to fill the place around May 10 (or a few days later). We would prefer to have a grad student, postdoc or working professional to occupy the space. The room can come with a desk and chair and a queen size bed (IKEA, 1 year old) with mattress.

Deepak is a 26 year old biosci student in the fourth year of his PhD! He enjoys reading, cooking and playing tennis, basketball and volleyball.
Sinclair graduated from UCSD in 2025 and currently works as a research associate in UCSD school of medicine. In his free time he likes to cook, hike, get boba and go outdoors.
