I am subleasing my private bedroom with a bathroom and walk-in closet in a fully furnished 2 bed/2 bath apartment near UTC, Vons, and Trader Joe’s. Alternatively, you can also sublease the full apartment. Ideal for a UCSD student, summer intern, working professional, or traveling nurse.

Location:
- 10-minute drive to UCSD
- 5-minute walk to major bus routes (202, 30, 101)
- Close to shopping, restaurants, and La Jolla beaches

Dates: June 11 – August 14, 2026 (some flexibility)

Rent:
- Small bedroom (mine): $1,415/month
- Larger bedroom: $1,820/month (can comfortably fit 2 people)
- Entire apartment: $3,235/month

Most utilities included
Electricity + WiFi: approximately $150/month total (would be split among occupants)
