Room is available the first of March, possibly sooner, current roommate is leaving in late February.
I need to know by the end of January that I will have a roommate, because I cannot afford this place on my own.
You would be renting a private bedroom and bathroom, a designated parking spot, shared living/kitchen/dining areas, and a shared balcony. We split the cost of utilities and WiFi.
The complex has a pool and hot tub, a volleyball court, and a barbecue area. We are very close to a grocery store, laundry mat, and gas stations.
I’m friendly and silly. Mostly outgoing, but very happy to binge TV and zone out after work. I’ve lived with a variety of roommates and I’m pretty easy to live with.
I’m looking for a roommate who is polite, respectful, and able to keep mutual space tidy. Must be lgbt+ friendly.
