We're looking for 1 or 2 people to take over a room in a 2 bedroom-2 bathroom apartment, as two of our housemates are moving out in May. My girlfriend and I are in one of the rooms, and we also have another housemate staying in a curtained-off portion of the living room. We’re ideally looking for students to fill the room—I’m currently in my senior year at UCSD. Note that this is a month-to-month lease.

Rent:
- $582 for a double room (per person, plus utilities)
OR
- $1164 for a single room (plus utilities)

Location:
- 4-minute drive to UCSD
- Close to UTC, Ralphs, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods
- Next to Nobel Drive Trolley Station
- On the corner by a bus stop with access to buses 201, 202, 30
