Charming UTC Room w/shared bathroom

Seeking a respectful, clean individual (female/femme-identifying preferred but flexible) to fill 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom/3bath, split-level townhome in UTC. Room is available now through November 2024.

Current household made up of friendly professionals in their 20s and 30s. The open bedroom is on the same level (i. e., shares a wall + bathroom) with me - a quiet woman, who works from home (my room) during business hours (M-F, 8 am - 6 pm). I try to stay active in the evenings and weekends to balance out being home all day. I am also very open to communication to ensure we each have enough space.

Location is within 0.5-1 mile of UCSD/Scripps Memorial/Illumina, along with lots of businesses, grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, and shopping. The house has a good-sized kitchen with two refrigerators (everyone cooks regularly), an in-unit washer/dryer, shared parking spots - with accessible street parking, and access to a shared pool/hot tub and tennis courts.
