Room For Rent in UTC Condo/ Female preferred

We are two female friends looking for a full-time working FEMALE to take the small third room in our 3 bed 2.5 bath condo in UTC for a year, 6 months also ok. We are friendly, easy going, and respectful and want to find someone that would be a good fit. We are very clean and organized, we always clean after ourselves and everything has it’s place. We value communication and want an environment with positive energy. While we live together we also respect each others privacy and are not intrusive.

The condo is furnished, so we are not taking more furniture for common areas, but the room is empty and you can furnish it however you would like. The bedrooms are all upstairs, the room has a closet and in the condo there are other closets with space designated to each of us, but of course it has a limit so we have to live within our storage space. If you are a hoarder, this will not be a good fit for you. Like mentioned earlier we are clean people and most importantly want someone just as clean that understands cleanliness. So we don’t have to be constantly reminding each other to clean and put dishes away. We don’t like to deal with that and that’s what we are trying to avoid with our next roommate. We find shared spaces clean and leave them clean after using them. This way we are respectful to the next person that needs to use it :)

We would like to find someone that we can get along with and bring a good vibe to our drama free home. Mature, clean, respectful, considerate, nice to be around and that likes outdoors and is not home 24/7. (We all appreciate a bit of alone time).

Our complex is very peaceful, it has a pool and tennis court. It is very close to the 5 as well as the 805 freeway. It’s also a 15 minute walk to the transit station at the Westfield mall.
