Please read the full ad to see if we would be a fit. "Female" Roommate wanted for 3/2 house in a great neighborhood with a pool, spa, tennis, easy parking, storage and a small yard. You must be responsible, respectful and CLEAN in common areas with good credit. Your room and bathroom are downstairs with a private patio. We keep the 3rd bedroom as a guest bedroom.

40-55ish female with a compatible lifestyle. No couples, children or room shares.

A little about me:
I am very social, love to cook, happy hour, camping and the occasional festival (BRC). Backpacker style travel is a priority...2 months a year. I drink socially, love wine, am 420 and LBGTQ+ friendly also, a green, healthy and active life is important to me. My social circle is large and diverse so I don't need a new best friend but would welcome a roommate to share the occasional meal, Netflix, or random adventure. Someone who can mesh with my friends but has their own. I'm responsible, socially liberal, fiscally secure and a weekend hippy.
We would not be a match if you are religious, conservative or antisocial. You must like people, be friendly and outgoing.

We split utilities and have solar so utilities are mostly water, gas, and the small amount SDG&E extorts from solar customers. We share an every other week housekeeper for the heavy cleaning.
