Hello. I’m looking for a long term roommate who is responsible, respectful and easygoing. Move in date November 1, 2026. The apartment is located in the City Heights area. Roommate MUST be very clean * non-negotiable *. Shared common areas with myself to be kept clean at all times.
Bathroom cleaning: We will alternate weekly. One week will be my responsibility, and the following week will be the roommate’s responsibility, and so on.
