Spacious master suite with a private bathroom and private back entrance available August 1 for $1,800/month, plus an average of $120/month in utilities.

The house is located just two blocks from Sunset Cliffs and features a huge backyard, off-street parking, ample garage storage, and ocean views from both the street and the back deck. The room is unfurnished.

The lease is month-to-month, but we’re hoping to find someone looking to stay 6–12 months or longer. We can also be flexible on the move-in date if you need to move in a few days before August 1.

You’ll be living with a great group of friendly, respectful roommates. We have no gender preference, but we’re not able to accommodate couples or additional pets at this time. The only animal in the house is one sweet senior dog (pictured).
