Rent is $1,425/ea plus approximately $200-300 in monthly utilities, with a $250 security deposit. I see that it's a little past your budget, so if it doesn't work, I understand. The owner of the property is a firefighter who will want to meet and verify you, and I believe this is his only property.

I’m looking for someone who values a clean, comfortable household, communicates directly, and is considerate about noise and shared spaces. Preferably with no children and near my age. Active-duty military or students welcome. The room is becoming available because my ex-partner is moving out, so I’m looking for a stable month-to-month roommate arrangement.

The photos are from the original listing when I moved in. A lot of stuff is there now, but much of it will be gone by move-in time.

The place includes an assigned parking space, in-unit laundry, a back patio, a backyard storage closet, and allows (small) pets. There is one shared visitors’ parking pass (and street parking may be available for more).
