Im currently working with the current tenants. They will have the home vacant in the next 30 days. Out of respect for the current tenants and there privacy I cannot show you the house in person when they are currently still living there however all I can do is show you a detailed full video of the entire house since they are currently packing and getting ready to transition to move. When the current tenants move out I will have to repair damages and paint ,deep cleaning etc

I will be placing Furniture in the living room and I will provide a deep freezer and a refrigerator in the garage besides the refrigerator in the living room

First week of November the rooms will be available to move in

The house has washer and dryer in the laundry room

Stqinless steel appliances ,dishwasher, microwave

Water and gas trash will be paid by me

I will only paid 100 dollar on the Electricity bill per month the remaining amount will be split amongst the 5 tenants.

Wifi will be split amongst the 5 tenants

All rooms are unfurnished however I do have some bedrooms furniture in my current garage that I'm not using that you can use

The house is originally four bedrooms home however I will convert one room downstairs into a actually bedroom which will be $1,000 a month.

All original bedrooms are upstairs

I prefer single tenants
No couples or childrens
No pets

Overnight guest okay 2 night a week only

You can put a new lock on your bedroom door
