Room available Sept. 1

My name's Dave. I have 1 large room in a 2 br townhouse for rent. All access with few or no restrictions. I have a cat. Washer/ dryer, A/C, wi/fi and cable tv included. Gas and electric will be paid as long as there are no major increases. Full bath upstairs, half bath downstairs. Parking can be difficult. Bus station around the corner. Spring street trolley station is about 1 mile away. I play guitar, bass, keyboards but not extremely loud. Mostly watch TV. I'm semi disabled using a cane to get around. No ultra-religious or heavy drinkers. Other than that I like to maintain a live and let live attitude. I do my best to keep the place clean. I'm not incredibly organized, but I'm working on it. Rent can be negotiable within reason. I'm primarily looking for a good roommate to help cover some expenses. Couples and LGBTQ are welcome as well. If you have more questions please ask.
