Room for rent 10x12 room

Hi, we have a room available for rent, it’s a 10x12, with your own bath, which is right across the hallway from the room, super close. You’d also be able to park on the driveway (can do 2 cars tandem) and street parking is super easy as well. Washer and dryer in the garage for use. Electric would be split between us tenants. Water & Trash included.

In home is myself, hubby and my 7yr old.
We also have a small dog and cats, the cats mainly stays in our bedroom, just furbaby doggie occasionally walks around the house. The rest just like to be in our bedroom. They’re all friendly!

Theirs a huge living room, and nice kitchen. You’d have your own cupboards, section in the kitchen (top and bottom), and half of the pantry as well for use. You can also add a small pantry for yourself too if needed in the kitchen. We have ac & central heater (thermostat) as well. Rent would be 1.4k (for couples 1.5k)
