This $1,500-per-month rental features a private bedroom with ample natural light and closet space, sharing a well-maintained bathroom. You will have access to the common areas, kitchen, and in unit washer/dryer. The home is kept to a high standard of cleanliness.
High-speed Wi-Fi is included, All other bills are included, and street parking is readily available. This is a "work hard, sleep early" household.
Rent is $1,500 per month with a $300 security deposit required at move-in. I am looking for someone who is responsible with payments and mindful of shared spaces.
