Newly remodeled, 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo in a quiet gated community. The private bedroom includes its own full bath and a spacious loft (ladder access) large enough for a queen bed— allowing the main bedroom to serve as your personal living room space (couch, coffee table etc). Previous roommates enjoyed this set up choice.

The complex offers, great amenities; pool, Jacuzzi, large grassy area for dogs and a small dog run. My backyard features a seating area under a gazebo and a new stainless steel grill. A perfect space for unwinding.

This is a peaceful, clean and respectful home— not a party house, but friendly and welcoming. I am an energetic, positive, full-time nurse who enjoys the beach, gym, gardening, reading, hanging out with friends, cooking and downtime especially in the evening.
