Looking for third roomate for condo! $800 a month

Hello! We're Jacob (26) and Nick (25). We're friends who got a great deal on rent for a condo in Spring Valley that has an extra room and are looking for a final roommate. We keep things tidy ourselves but also split the cost of a cleaning person once a month. We also both love board games and would love another person to play with!

The condo is two stories with two and a half baths, and also has a balcony. Nick and I have fully furnished the communal spaces but the bedroom is empty. We're also located inside a private community which gives us access to a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and small park just a few buildings down. There is an optional yearly parking pass you can buy to park on the community's street, but there is free parking nearby our condo that always has plenty of space. Our water is covered in the rent but we pay for our own gas, electricity, and internet. We also have AC but don't try to run it unless needed as it adds to our electric bill.

As for the room itself, it's the only bedroom on the first floor and is next to the half-bathroom which also has the washer and dryer, meaning you will have to walk upstairs to use the shower. The room is 10 feet 5 inches wide and 11 feet 8 inches long and has a big closet with some built in shelves. Unfortunately there is no ceiling light or fan in the room.
