The house is located on a very quiet cul de sac, away from road noise. It’s a very quiet getaway from the noises of the outside world. Very nice after a long day of work to come to a quiet space and fall asleep peacefully. :)

PLEASE NO PETS OR CHILDREN. PLEASE. I am allergic to pet hair, it makes me sneeze and have an allergic reaction. I love animals but cannot live with any inside or outside the home.

What I'm NOT looking for:

-party animals |||| our house is QUIET and I mean quiet after 9pm. I wake up at nearly 5am each day so this environment is not conducive to someone who enjoys loud noise at night.
-passive aggressive people |||| my roommates know, if there is a problem, we sit at the dinner table and discuss it as mature adults, I do not need any adult children living in this house
-messy, messy people |||| when finished in the kitchen, clean it
I'm open to a single person per bedroom, NO COUPLES.
