Room for rent in Southcrest 4 bed 2 bath house

My name is Zane and my roommate Nico and I are looking for a new roommate to join us here at 4060 Alpha St.. The room is 11 1/2' by 12' with a closet and a shared bathroom. There is a shared living room and kitchen space and plans to add in unit washer and dryer. There is also a small front porch and back yard. There is one driveway spot and plenty of street parking. The house is down the street from a grocery store and laundromat with multiple food options within a 5 minute walking distance. We are also very close to the 805 and 5 freeways for more convenient commuting. Southcrest park is also directly behind the back yard, and walking trails are close by.

Vibe is generally quiet and chill, most of our time is spent in our rooms or at work. The rest spent cooking or watching movies and sports in the living room, friends are over from time to time and you are welcome to host friends as well. Occasionally parties/kickbacks are hosted. Students and young professionals with a laid-back disposition are preferred.

Rent is 850 with a $25 solar fee. Water and electricity/gas is billed for usage and split between all roommates, internet is also split. Room is unfurnished and the mini-fridge is not included, but if you would like to buy it for your room it is for sale.
