Loft Style Room Available in Sorrento Valley

I have a Loft Style Room for rent in my 2500 sqft home in Sorrento Valley. The room is approximately 200 sqft with a barn door entrance and shutters that can be partially or fully opened for air circulation or completely closed for privacy. While unfurnished, the room has a ceiling fan with three fan speed settings, a small closet (the room is large enough for you to put in extra storage) and an area carpet. The photos provided show the room staged for ad purposes only.

We are all professionals with fulltime jobs. I am into various outdoor activities from hiking, mountain biking, beach activities, traveling and outdoor yoga. Sometimes I will have dinner/potluck gatherings at the house that include card and/or board games; Tenants are always welcome to participate.

There are two friendly dogs (Labradoodle and Retriever) at the house and are mostly outside but occasionally come inside. No additional pets are allowed. There are two full bathrooms that will be used by 4 Tenants.

The Common Areas include the Kitchen, Backyard, Laundry room, and Breakfast Nook. Assigned space in the kitchen cabinets and Refrigerator will be available for your cooking/eating requirements.

Utilities are not included in the rent. They average about $100/month/person and include gas, electric, water, trash, and wifi.
