Looking for Roomate

Looking for someone to move in and live with 5 other guys. We are all Scholar-Athletes at UCSD, sophomores rising Juniors. Currently 19-20 years old. We are clean, responsible, and like to have fun revolving around our athletic and academic schedules. It is a 4 bedroom house with 6 of us. 2 split the master bedroom, one lives comfortably in the garage (there is a separate room area in there), 2 have their own room, and you would have your own room. The rent prices reflect this.
If you were to move in you would have your own room and pay the price below ($1,129) per month.
We have one person moving out, giving us reason to find someone new. He is moving out when the lease ends on June 30th, so we would like to have you on the lease by then. As we are on the younger side we also have our parents on the lease and the landlord is ok with this. We can communicate further about this.

About us:
We are all Scholar-Athletes as UCSD on the Mens Swim team. Most of the time we have early mornings and stay on campus until our day is finished. School and swimming are some of our top priorities and love to have fun when we can. We occasionally host some team events at our house, so as long are you are a sociable person this should be something for you to look forward to. We love to surf when we have time and would love if our new roommate had similar interests (not a deal breaker). My name is Jack and the other guys in the house are Charlie, Filip, Jacob, and Aiden. Between the 6 of us (Hunter moving out), we have never had and issues and with good communication this can continue. Living with 5 guys may be intimidating but the house is plenty spacious and we have no issues in that regard, we are also out of the house most of the day. Laundry is included, we have AC and heating, WiFi, and all accommodations. These expenses are included in the rent and we keep clear communication with our landlord if there is ever an issue. Keep in mind the pictures of the room are not permanent and can be changed to your linking. The furniture will stay, the bed is queen size.
