Excellent location, Easy going Roommate

I am looking for a roommate with a compatible life-style. I am quite clean and considerate and work for myself from home in the financial markets. Perhaps a phone call would make it easier for us to learn more about each other and see if there is a fit.

I live in a two bed-room, two bath apartment in Solana Beach/ Del Mar, off of I-5 and close to the race-track. There is a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym and Laundry-room.
