We are looking for a female renter preferably. We have no age requirement so long as she has a stable job, a non-smoker (no drugs either), and with good moral character. We will do a background check and employment verification for which there is a minimal fee.

We enjoy music, but not loud or jarring. We play the Ukelele and sing. We enjoy going to church on Sunday. We live a quiet, low stress lifestyle. We expect the same from a potential renter. No Drama, please.

The rental is $1,200/month, utilities and wi-fi are included; refundable deposit is $500.  Other items included are access to washer and dryer; and access to the kitchen.  Personal cooking is allowed, but not cooking for parties or catering, The newly remodeled room measures 15' X 11'; with a queen-size bed, two night stands with drawers. table lamps, a vanity dresser and mirror, armoire, closet, ceiling fan. There is a newly remodeled private bathroom outside the bedroom in the hallway for the renter. There is ample street parking available.

The minimum lease is 3 months, and then month -to month afterwards, if both renter and landlord agrees. The house is in the City of San Diego, but closer to Spring Valley. It’s a few blocks to Freeway 54 and 125 which connects to Freeways 94, 805 and 15. It’s a two story house with 5 bedrooms; we’re only renting one bedroom downstairs. The property has a clean and relaxing yard with plants and fruit trees. Strictly no pets. Also, the room for rent is for one person only; no couples. We have an application form that needs to be completed by those interested.
