Hi! I’m a 30-year-old working professional looking for a roommate who is around my age and has a similar lifestyle. I work a typical 9–5 schedule and would ideally like someone who also works regular hours and is respectful of a clean, comfortable, and peaceful home environment.

The apartment is 1,110 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so there’s plenty of space and privacy. The unit also has an in-unit washer and dryer and 2 parking spaces. There is also street parking available.
