Private Room in 3BR/2BA | Female Roommate | Short/

Private room available in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. I’m looking for a female roommate, ideally someone looking for a short- to mid-term living situation rather than a long-term commitment. Students and working professionals are both welcome.

A little about me: I’m a working professional and stay pretty busy between work, the gym, projects around the property, and being out and about. I’m easygoing, clean, organized, considerate, and respectful of the people I live around, but I’m also not someone who expects the house to look perfect 24/7.

Outside of work, I’m into working out, movies, hiking, trying different places around San Diego, going out for drinks occasionally, and spending time with a small group of friends. I’m also running 100 miles during October to raise money for the American Cancer Society, so fitness is a pretty big part of my life.

The overall atmosphere at home is pretty relaxed. I don’t normally throw parties or have a lot of people over, especially on the weekends. I don’t mind if you enjoy going out or have your own social life — I just ask that we’re both respectful of each other, the home, and the neighbors.

I do have one cat, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with a cat. Because there is already an animal in the home, I’m looking for someone without additional pets.

I’m pretty easy to get along with and mainly want someone who communicates well, respects shared spaces, and can comfortably do their own thing while still having a friendly roommate dynamic.
